1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging and accessories included.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in original packaging
• Include all original accessories and documentation
• Have no signs of wear or damage
• Be returned within 30 days of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items damaged by customer misuse
• Software that has been activated or downloaded
• Items without original packaging
• Personalized or custom items

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive a return authorization number
4. Ship the item back using the provided return label

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
